The Gîte (150 square meters) is an old stone house and a new construction (steel and glass). It provides you with a nice view of the landscape and a private garden of 800sm.

The recent renovation (2016) mixes old materials (beams, old natural stones...) and confort of new materials (steel, glasse...).

Decoration is sober and refined.

Description :

First floor : Entry, kitchen, living + dining room w/ floor to ceiling windows, opening on a little terrasse, master bed room (180cm bed) with shower, toilet on the first floor.

Second floor : 2 bed rooms (160cm beds), patio, solarium/terrasse 40 sq m, bathroom with toilet

Inside equipment : freezer/fridge, washing machine, dishwasher, dryer, micro wave oven, TV, DVD/blue ray player.

Outside equipment : garden lounge, BBQ, private pool (5X10m) in the Relais de Fontenailles (free access between 10AM and 4PM)
